On Oct. 1st, 2012 I left Charlotte, NC on a cross country journey to Portland, OR. I ended up in Champaign, IL and I love it! I'm a cismale, my preferred gender pronouns are HE/Him/His, but I'm totally down with whatever you want to call me. I'm looking forward to meeting more of my fellow bloggers, photographers, and artist to learn all I can about the creative life. I mostly post photos, videos, and blog entries about my experiences. Recently I have begun geeking out on glitch art and making my own animated gifs. I love feedback, and I feel that creativity flows much more freely in large numbers. If you would like to contact me directly for any reason just email me at email@example.com. Thank you and happy creating to you all!
So, I was watching an episode of Chuck last night (Chuck VS the Business Trip). They went to some kind of Buy More Sales retreat and one of the dudes there said he was from Champaign-Urbana and I lost my shit!
TCDTK Episode 12
Welcome to the show you guys. Andy is back again talking a bit about his upcoming surgery (actually in great detail so be warned it might get kind of gross, but funny none the less). Then we get into stress relief and guns. We discuss period movies and actors we don’t really care for. Moving on the television and dumb DVR machines. We talk about how the NFL is making it difficult for fantasy football players by rescheduling the opening game, crazy traffic at the university, and and getting autographs. A few more crazy tractor trailer accidents. Then moving on to our highlights of the week. Dub discovers couchsurfing.org, Andy talks about possibly after effects of his surgery, and The Kid talks cicada killers wars and putting out new antidotes. Finally we round out the ep by talking about how hot it is and possible cooling solutions for the studio. As always we hope you enjoy and please feel free to subscribe, rate, and even comment on the show.
Also, just in case you were curious as to what a cicada was or if you never want to sleep again, here’s a picture!
And here’s one in action
It’s time… you guys know what to do!
