On Oct. 1st, 2012 I left Charlotte, NC on a cross country journey to Portland, OR. I ended up in Champaign, IL and I love it! I'm looking forward to meeting more of my fellow bloggers, photographers, and artist to learn all I can about the creative life. I mostly post photos, videos, and blog entries about my experiences. Recently I have begun geeking out on glitch art and making my own animated gifs. I love feedback, and I feel that creativity flows much more freely in large numbers. My friend asked me to take headshots for him yesterday, so of course I did it happily. I sent him the fished photos and he was happy. Last night I was playing around on my tablet testing out the Photoshop touch app and I put the above picture together (Photoshop touch is pretty impressive side loaded on a nexus 7). Anyway, I sent him this picture too as a joke and he actually sent it in with the regular headshot!
Moral of the story: I have awesome friends and I’m really going to miss them when I leave!
